SW33R combines senior, hands-on leadership with a delivery team scaled to each engagement. The people making the important decisions stay close to the work, from the first conversation through architecture, delivery and launch. For clients that means fewer layers, faster decisions and one accountable partner.
Senior attention from day one. Every engagement carries senior oversight from discovery through delivery. We assemble the right team around the project rather than selling you whoever happens to be available.
Taregh Jasemian

Taregh remains closely involved in SW33R's technology direction and key engagements, while every project is led with senior accountability from discovery through delivery. The people making the important decisions stay visible and accountable throughout the engagement.
