This notice explains what personal data sw33r.ae collects, why we collect it and what happens to it.
Who is responsible
SW33R SYSTEMS FZCO, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is the controller of the personal data described in this notice. Questions about it go to hello@sw33r.ae.
What we collect
When you send details through the intake form, we receive your name and email address and, if you give them, your company, your phone or WhatsApp number and your message. With them we receive your answers to the three intake questions, the language you used the site in and the page you sent the form from.
If you continue on WhatsApp or book a call, you leave this site, and what you share there is handled under the terms of that service. If you write to hello@sw33r.ae, we receive what you send.
Like any website, the servers that deliver sw33r.ae process technical data such as your IP address and browser type to answer requests and keep the service secure.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry and to prepare a first conversation. We do not use them for advertising, we do not sell them and we do not share them beyond the services listed below.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. To limit repeated submissions, we keep a one-way hash of your IP address for one hour, never the address itself.
Who processes it for us
These services process personal data on our behalf:
- Vercel hosts and delivers the site.
- Resend delivers the intake form to our mailbox.
- Google Workspace hosts our email, including enquiries sent to hello@sw33r.ae.
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form submission comes from a person, using technical data from your browser.
Cookies and storage
The site stores only what it needs:
- NEXT_LOCALE, a cookie that remembers your language for 12 months.
- sw33r_consent, a cookie that remembers your analytics choice for 12 months.
- Two session storage entries, cleared when you close the tab: your intake answers, so a reload does not lose them, and a note that the opening animation has played.
- Vercel Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without identifying you. If you accept analytics, we also record a few interactions, such as which intake step was reached, without any personal details. If you decline, nothing more is recorded.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it by writing to hello@sw33r.ae. You can change your analytics choice at any time by clearing the sw33r_consent cookie in your browser.
